Our Process

Learn more about what it takes to revitalize your concrete! We go through a meticulous process for every service that we offer. These steps listed below will give you an understanding of what goes in to transforming your surfaces.

Epoxy Chip Coating Process

Elevate with Seamless Epoxy Coating

- From residential garages to commercial showrooms and industrial facilities, our epoxy flooring offers unmatched durability, chemical resistance, and low maintenance. Choose from a range of customizable options to create a seamless, sleek, and resilient surface that enhances your space. Our epoxy flooring process generally takes 2-4 days to complete.

Our Process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

Remove appliances, cabinets, or any other objects on the floor.

Step 2: Grind The Concrete

Our professional-grade machines ensure that your surface will be ready for proper adherence when it comes time to coat the concrete with epoxy.

Step 3: Fill in Cracks, Holes and Divots

We use an epoxy based compound to fill any cracks and other visible deficiencies within the concrete.

Step 4: Moisture Barrier (If Needed)

If your concrete has high levels of moisture vapor emissions, the moisture barrier will protect against any water vapor rising through the concrete.

Step 5: Epoxy

Once the concrete is properly prepped, we cut in the perimeter with brushes and then roll out the epoxy. After the epoxy is laid out flat, we broadcast the chips onto the floor.

Step 6: Clear Coat

After a smooth layer of chips has been achieved, the clear coat is applied to the surface to provide beautiful shine and ultimate protection to your floor.

Concrete Staining

Transform Faded Concrete With Concrete Staining

The concrete staining process involves several steps to transform a plain concrete surface into an aesthetically appealing and vibrant one. Here's a general overview of the steps involved in concrete staining:

Our Process

Step 1: Surface Preparation

- Clean the concrete surface thoroughly by removing dirt, debris, grease, and any existing coatings using a pressure washer and appropriate cleaning solutions.

Step 2: Application of Stain

- Apply the chosen stain using either an acid-based or water-based stain, depending on your preference and the desired result. Stain is carefully laid on with a specialized brush to achieve a beautiful consistency.

Step 3: Reaction Time

- Allow the stain to react with the concrete for the recommended amount of time. This can vary depending on the stain type, desired color intensity, and the manufacturer's instructions.

Step 4: Dry Time

- Allow the stained concrete to dry completely. The drying time can vary depending on factors such as temperature and humidity. Generally, light foot traffic is acceptable within a couple of hours of staining the concrete. Cars and other heavier objects can be on the concrete after 5-7 days.
